Presentation
From fully matured grapes in ideal conditions, exclusively from the Condado del Tea sub-area, after a meticulous pressing, this excellent quality must is made. The alcohol ferments in stainless steel tanks, at a controlled temperature of 18ÂșC. Once fermentation is completed, all wines are decanted to separate out the lees and coupage is carried out in the various tanks. Subsequent to this, the wine is stabilized by cooling, is filtered then bottled, sending it through an amicrobian filter to ensure that the wine is preserved to perfection in the bottle.
