<p>From fully matured grapes in ideal conditions, exclusively from the Condado del Tea sub-area, after a meticulous pressing, this excellent quality must is made.The alcohol ferments in stainless steel tanks, at a controlled temperature of 18ºC. Once fermentation is completed, all wines are decanted to separate out the lees and coupage is carried out in the various tanks. Subsequent to this, the wine is stabilized by cooling, is filtered then bottled, sending it through an amicrobian filter to ensure that the wine is preserved to perfection in the bottle.<br />

<p>The Albarino 2010 of Warehouses The this White hair fermented in stainless steel (80 %) and casks of great format (20 %) with upbringing on lias. In nose, mineral notes, of skin(leather) of lemon, spices of confectionary, and floral they announce this round and tasty white(target) of soft texture. An excellent volume and length, and an extraordinary relation quality / price, it will be possible enjoy for 3-4 more years.</p>
<p>This warehouse is a project of Jorge Ordoñez And partners. The warehouse is located in the north end of Rias Baixas&#8217;s D.O., in the valley of the Salnes to the south of this region near the Atlantic Ocean. The vineyards are arranged in pergola, the traditional system of this zone, to support the fruit far from the soil, in benefit of the health of the grape, reducing to the maximum the use of fungicides. The grapes for this wine come from 11,5 hectares of vineyards planted in 1966 (5,2 own(proper) ones and the rest of local vine-growers) divided in twelve plots located in They Cheat Ribadumia in Salnes&#8217;s valley. The soils are very sandy proceeding from rotten granite and have a high acidity due to his(her,your) proximity to the ocean.<br />

<li><strong>Type of Bottle:</strong> Bordeaux</li>
<li><strong>Colour:</strong> An attractive straw yellow colour with a green tinge with tears on the glass that are dense and slow moving.</li>
<li><strong>Nose:</strong> Before swirling, the nose displays a medium to high intensity of aromas. Complex ripe fruit comes to the fore as a result of a long, ideal ripening season, following on from a hot, dry summer. Among these primary aromas, Golden Delicious apple notes come through in particular, mingling nicely with a whole range of citrus fruits and their corresponding rinds. These gradually give way to spicy and floral hints. This delicate and very subtle nose lingers beautifully without ever being submerged by the high alcoholic degree of the 2005 vintage.</li>
<li><strong>Palate:</strong> A lovely mouth-feel from start to finish: firm, seamless and well-structured on a good base, thanks to the work put in during the harvest and the subsequent, regular stirring of the fine lees. The wine shows great harmony throughout the whole of the tasting that’s rounded off with a pleasant, fleshy sensation that contains refreshing acidity. A full, clean finish, with powerful, lingering varietal flavours, reminding us of freshly-picked Albariño grapes.</li>

<p>It began on September the 29th and finished on October the 4th. The albariño bunches are harvested by hand and taken to the winery in small cases. This vintage has given remarkably low yields.</p>
<p>Once in the cellar, these grapes are first carefully and partially destemmed and then pressed in a low pressure pneumatic press. This process helps extract the maximum aromatic potential from the grapes. The grape must is fermented in temperature controlled, stainless steel tanks, for 30-40 days, at 14º-16ºC. Fermentation takes place in absence of the grape skins. The albariño grape juice is left in contact with its lees for a short time in the pursuit of texture and density.</p>
<p>Time in deposit is 5 months and time in bottle before being released over 2 months.<br />
